Fiddlers Green will be a comprehensive care center offering Assisted
Living and Skilled Nursing care within one campus.
The 120 bed Assisted Living unit will be made of 6 individual pods of
resident rooms, each surrounding a service core and ending in a “rotunda”
space, complete with snack kitchen. The assisted living pods will connect
to a central core, offering a media room, library, large activity room,
laundry, commons area with fireplace, and a large dining room.
The 120 bed Skilled Nursing unit will be comprised of 3 pods, each with a
centralized nurse station/commons area. Connections between pods serve as
enclosed sun porches. All of the pods will connect to a central core with
a beauty shop, media laundry facilities, activities room, and formal
dining room. A large courtyard will be formed at the junction of the
Assisted living and Skilled Nursing wings.
