The program calls for the addition of a new 70 bed emergency department with integrated radiology on 2 floors in a very restricted site.  Ambulances will and pedestrians will enter at grade level and flow up to the trauma and treatment areas on the second.  This second level connects to the existing Hospital and allows for access from the existing helipads.

Shelled space for future expansion will be built at the third thru eleventh floor levels, and the roof could be prepared for possible future helipads
